I recently had the privilege of attending our client’s new office opening in Malaysia.
The ceremony was truly impressive — complete with a traditional lion dance performance, symbolizing prosperity and a strong new beginning.
What made it even more meaningful was seeing how they brought together their customers and suppliers to celebrate this milestone. It reflects not only growth, but also the value they place on long-term partnerships.
During the event, I had the opportunity to meet their CEO and Business Director in person. Conversations like these always strengthen cooperation beyond emails and video calls.
Being invited to such an important occasion is something I genuinely appreciate.
It’s a reminder that in B2B, business is built on trust — and trust is built face to face.
